Luke has been with Allen Heritage from the very beginning and is now one of its proud co-owners. With over three decades of experience and a deep passion for property, he’s valued by clients for his warmth, straight-talking advice and reassuring knowledge of the local market. Luke has valued thousands of homes across the area since 1998, always bringing energy, humour and insight to every appointment. Away from work, Luke is a devoted dad and a lifelong football enthusiast—qualities that no doubt shape his friendly, team-focused approach to the job.

Sally Atchison

Bio

Sally brings decades of experience and a refreshingly straight-talking approach to every client interaction. Her honest advice, clear communication and no-nonsense support have earned her a loyal following among sellers, buyers and landlords alike. Sally’s knowledge runs deep, but it’s her approachable, family-oriented nature that makes her such a reassuring presence during the moving process. She’s someone clients trust to keep things on track and tell it like it is—always with their best interests at heart.

Max Allen

Bio

Max has been part of Allen Heritage since 2013 and is a calm, dependable presence within the team. He’s known for his patient, steady approach—qualities that clients appreciate during the sometimes stressful process of buying, selling, or letting a home. Whether guiding first-time buyers or supporting long-time landlords, Max brings genuine care and attention to every move. A skilled valuer with experience across both Sales and Lettings, he’s a solid, trusted member of the team. Outside of work, Max enjoys golf, football, and keeping a close eye on the property market.

Kim Allen

Bio

Kim has been with Allen Heritage since the very beginning and remains one of its driving forces. With boundless determination and a deep knowledge of every department, Kim has led Sales, Lettings, and now our growing Land and New Homes division. She’s known for her caring nature and hands-on approach, always focused on getting the best results for clients—no matter how complex the challenge. With a large family of her own, Kim has an ability to balance people skills with business insight, is a huge part of what makes Allen Heritage tick.

Louise Davies

Bio

Louise brings a rare blend of warmth and diligence to everything she does. Incredibly amiable yet always focused, she’s someone both clients and colleagues enjoy working with—kind, dependable and genuinely invested in helping people. Having lived in Shirley for decades, Louise knows the local area inside out and brings that community insight to her role each day. She has a strong interest in health and nutrition, and loves nothing more than a good walk—especially when it’s in the company of others.

Denny Ferrara

Bio

Denny has been part of the Allen Heritage team since 2005 and is a steady hand at the helm of our busy Lettings and Management Department. A stickler for getting things right, Denny is known for his precision, reliability and deep knowledge of the property market—qualities that landlords and tenants alike have come to rely on. He brings calm efficiency to even the most complex situations. Outside of work, Denny enjoys time with his large family and has a soft spot for classic science fiction, especially Doctor Who.

Nicola Sellick

Nicola plays a key role in the day-to-day running of Allen Heritage, involved in everything from big-picture decisions to the finer details that keep the business running smoothly. With a strong background in finance and property management, she works closely with our lettings and management team to ensure landlords receive consistently high standards of service. Nicola’s sharp focus and no-fuss attitude make her a vital part of the leadership team. When she’s not in the office, she keeps things balanced with regular yoga and time with family.

Rob Allen

Bio

Rob founded Allen Heritage in 1998 with a simple aim: to build a business he could be proud of, offering an efficient, honest service that genuinely helps people move forward. Over the years, he’s led the company through market highs and lows, always with a focus on improvement and integrity. Rob remains hands-on in all areas of the business, driving new ideas and keeping standards high. He often says the time has flown—but it’s been a journey he’s thoroughly enjoyed. Away from the office, Rob finds balance on country hikes and rides out on his motorbike whenever he gets the chance.

Lara Dean

Lara has quickly become a well-liked and valued part of the Allen Heritage team. Confident, competent and full of positive energy, she brings a bubbly presence to the office and a reassuring professionalism to her work. Whether she’s supporting clients or colleagues, Lara is a true team player—always ready to step in and make things happen with a smile. Her can-do attitude and approachable nature make her someone clients instantly feel comfortable with.

Bo Fellows

Bo is calm, organised and always one step ahead—traits that make her a reassuring presence for clients navigating their property journey. She brings a conscientious, client-focused approach to everything she does, ensuring every detail is carefully handled. Having lived in Shirley and still based locally, Bo knows the area well and understands what makes it such a great place to call home. A true team player, she combines professionalism with a down-to-earth manner, and her family-oriented nature helps her connect with clients in a thoughtful, genuine way.

Tracy Allen

Tracy has been a dedicated part of the Allen Heritage team since 1999 and is very much part of the family—both literally and in spirit. Known for her steady presence and trustworthy nature, she’s worked across both our Sales and Lettings departments with tireless commitment. Clients and colleagues alike value her calm reliability and warm approach. Outside the office, Tracy enjoys tending to her garden and allotment—a quiet passion that reflects the same care and patience she brings to her work every day.

Toni Stennett-Green
