Our Story

Allen Heritage is proudly owned and managed by two husband-and-wife teams who’ve worked side-by-side for decades. Founders Rob and Kim Allen now run the business with Luke and Nicola Sellick, long-time colleagues, close friends, and part of the Allen Heritage journey almost from the very beginning.

What started as a small family-run agency has grown into one of the area’s most trusted and successful estate agents, but it’s still driven by the same core people, values, and relationships that shaped it from day one. Kim began her career as a weekend receptionist, Nicola joined as a sales progressor, and Rob and Luke have worked together since Luke was a teenager.

Over time, their shared experience, dedication, and friendship turned into something much more – a company built on trust, collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving the local community.
