9 of the 35 dwellings are to be designated as affordable.
The site which is located in the centre of Wasall, with Joynson Street running along the southern boundary, and Old Park Road along the eastern and northern boundaries of the site.
The site is well connected with the local amenities, town centre, and retail parks, via local roads, public transport network, A462 to the West and A4308 to the North, which links to M6.
