Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) £75 + Vat We have a team of in-house Domestic Energy Assessors that offer a swift and efficient service. We can normally provide a completed Certificate within 24 hours of our visit. Service only available in Bromley & Croydon Boroughs.
Home Information Packs (HIP’s) £260 + Vat We can complete market ready Hips fast, often the same day because we have our own in-house Domestic Energy Assessors and use the latest technology to speed the process.
Inventories From £99 + vat. With recent changes to legislation, having a professionally prepared Inventory on your rental property is essential. We use the latest technology to ensure that we can prepare a comprehensive Inventory & Schedule of Conditions, with photographic as well as documented evidence, in the most efficient way so that you get the finished report without delay.
Property Maintenance & Cleaning We provide professional cleaning to agreed service levels for one off tenancy changes through to long term contracts on large residential blocks. Our Maintenance Division can help with just about any property maintenance issue from gardening and clearance through to decorating and minor building work.
